As part of the Business Care Plan, Sage 50 Quantum (formerly Peachtree Quantum) customers will receive the following:

  • One year of unlimited access to the highest level of Support Specialists via phone and e-mail.
  • All product updates and upgrades that are released within 12 months of your purchase date.
  • 24x7 access to the Sage 50 Knowledge Center, the online resource center for tech tips and tricks.

* All Business Care Plan services provided directly by Sage Software.

Your Sage 50 Quantum Business Care Plan (which includes product upgrades, product updates and customer support) will be renewed automatically each year on the anniversary date of your purchase, at the then current renewal price, unless you terminate your agreement prior to that date. Renewal is not required for continued access to product updates.  You will soon receive information via email about your Business Care Plan.

Sage Software reserves the right to limit each support call to 1 hour or 1 incident. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM eastern time, excluding occasional exceptions for observed holidays, company events, and extreme conditions beyond our control.
